红灯绿灯

上小学的时候，体育课女生考跳绳，一分钟八十个及格，多少满分不记得了，呵呵。我硬邦邦的很笨拙，不会连着蹦，跳一次要踮一下，跳的气喘吁吁还不及格。印象深刻的是在家对着大衣镜练习，急的眼泪花花地流。这两天外面冷得很，就在户内跳绳，刚才一分钟跳了一百七十下，原来也不难。跳绳比跑步对膝盖损伤小，在家边看电视边跳，还可以和仰卧起坐轮换着做。

书上看的，觉得写得很好玩儿。这段是作者准备给刚从街上捉回来的流浪猫洗澡，在翻阅关于给猫咪洗澡的文献资料的时候发现的"The kitchen sink will probably make the best 'bath'. Before you start, make sure all the doors and windows are closed and that the room is free from cold drafts. Place a rubber mat in the sink to stop the cat from slipping."
